Premium chef knife with rare and exotic Amboyna burl wood handle. I carved and finished this handle myself from a piece of exotic Amboyna burl from Southeast Asia. The two toned color is just exceptional. Has not been dyed or treated in any way. Has only been finished using natural oils and waxes.  The last picture is an example of one of the burl slices with the shape of the knife drawn in.

The knife has exceptional hardness and sharpness, in line with industry standards and Amboyna wood is one of the hardest of the hardwoods.
